Present : Sh. R K Gupta, Ld. counsel for petitioner along with Ms.
Meenakshi (sister of the deceased).
An application under Order 32 rule 4 CPC for appointment
of Smt. Meenakshi (sister of deceased) as guardian of minor Priya @
Muskan is pending for consideration and order.
Heard. Considered.
There does not seem any reason to believe that there exists
conflict of interest between Smt. Meenakshi and minor petitioner.
Accordingly, she is declared as a next friend/ guardian of Minor Ms.
Priya @ Muskan for the purpose of present proceedings only.
Application under order 6 rule 17 CPC has been filed
seeking impleadment of one Sh. Sanjay Rajput as respondent no. 4.
Heard. Considered. Allowed.
Amended memo of parties is taken on record.
Issue notice to the general public by way of publication in
any National daily newspaper approved by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi
vide publication charges and PF as per rules.
Issue notice to other respondents as per rules on filing of
PF/RC/Speed Post returnable for the next date.
Notice be also issued to the Deputy Commissioner, North
West Distt. on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post returnable for the next date,

to file the details of the LR's of the deceased on the next date of
hearing.
Notice be also issued on filing of PF returnable for the
next date, to the concerned bank/concerned deptt. for filing tentative
dues amount and nomination details, if any of the deceased on the next
date of hearing.
Re-notify on 05.12.2024.
Petitioner is also directed to obtain Surviving Member
Certificate on or before the next date of hearing.
