regard.
In lieu of statement given by Ld. Counsel for
respondents, Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that appellant
wishes to withdraw the present appeal. Statement of appellant is
recorded separately in this regard.
In view of statement of appellant, the present appeal
is dismissed as withdrawn.
