At request, issue summons to defendant no.1 through WhatsApp and email on filing of PF alongwith affidavit in support of the WhatsApp number and email within two weeks, returnable on NDOH. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he is not pressing the prayer clause C of the plaint. However, he is pressing clause (a) and (b) of the prayer. Ld. Counsel for defendant no.2 to 5 submits that today he is ready to give the statement with regard to the permanent and mandatory injunction (clause (a) and (b) of the prayer) that the defendants no.2 to 5 will not enter the suit property H. No. B-6/355-356, sector-07, Rohini, Delhi-110085 and the defendant no.2 to 5 will also not create any hindrance, obstruction, intereference, nuisance at the abovementioned suit property. -- 1 of 2 -- 2 Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for defendants no.2 to 5 is recorded to this effect. In view of the separately recorded statement, defendant no.2 to 5 are discharged from the matter.
