Replication/rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
Same be taken on record. Copy supplied to opposite party.
Pleadings are complete.
From the pleadings the following issues arises;-
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for a decree for a sum of Rs.2,90,841/-
alongwith pendent lite interest @ 18 % per annum? (OPP).
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to future interest @ 21 % per annum
till realization of the decreetal amount? (OPP)
3. Whether the plaintiff has suppresed material facts and the present
matter is liable to be dismissed? (OPD)
4. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for.
Plaintiff is directed to file list of witnesses alongwith evidence
by way of affidavit of the witnesses sought to be examined on behalf of the
plaintiff on or before next date of hearing with advance copy to the opposite
party at least fifteen days prior to next date of hearing.
List the matter for PE on 27.03.2025.
