Chain documents have been filed on record as per
which the original allottee Babu Lal had sold the suit property to
one Sita initially from whom the plaintiff has purchased the
same. Having purchased it as such, the suit property was given
on rent to the defendant – same Sita vide rent agreement dated
11.01.2025. For the time being, such documents are found to be
in order subject to them being proved in accordance with law
going forward.
In view of the above, let summons be issued to the
defendant on filing of PF / RC / through all prescribed modes
returnable for NDOH.
