application under O 1 R 10 CPC only has been handed over to Ld.
Counsel. The copy of the other application is undertaken to be supplied
electronically during the course of the day.
Subject to the above, let replies filed with an advance
copy to the opposing side at least a week prior to NDOH.
Let notice of the application under O 1 R 10 CPC
nevertheless be issued to proposed defendant Satish Sharma on filing of
PF returnable for NDOH.
