Present: Mr. Surender Kumar Hooda, Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiffs no. 1, 3, 4 and 5.
Plaintiff no. 2 in person (representing himself).
Mr. Sanjay Sawhney, Ld. Counsel for the defendant
no. 1.
Mr. Aman Sharma and Mr. Sahil Sharma, Ld.
Counsels for the defendants no. 2, 9 & 10. (Ph. No.:-

Mr. Aditya Goel, Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 8
through VC. (Ph. No.:- 9540828585)
WS already filed by defendant no. 1. However, Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff points out that pages no. 37 to 40, 52, 119,
171 & 172 are not legible. Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 to
supply legible copies of such pages to the plaintiff counsel
accordingly.
WS filed on behalf of the defendants no. 2, 9 & 10
alongwith an application seeking condonation of delay. Taken on
record subject to arguments on the aspect of delay to be advanced
on NDOH. Copy supplied nevertheless.
WS already stands filed by defendant no. 8 and it is
informed that a copy thereof was supplied through e-mail to the
plaintiffs. The e-mail at which such service is made is confirmed to
be belonging to Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff and as such therefore,
no directions in that regard are required to be passed going
forward.
It is pointed out by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that
none has appeared on behalf of the defendant no. 7. Accordingly,

It is seen that a counter claim was also preferred by
the defendant side. It be separately checked and registered as per
rules by the Ahlmad and placed alongwith the present matter on
NDOH.
Be that as it may, it is noted that the averments taken
in the counter claim are in essence a parallel narrative to the one
sought to be presented by the plaintiff in the original suit.
Considering the above and the submissions made in
the counter claim, let summons be issued to all the defendants on
filing of PF / Speed Post / through all prescribed modes, including
electronically, returnable for NDOH.
Ld. Counsels for defendants no. 1 to 4, 6 and 17 are
present in the main suit matter and accept summons. Let complete
set of documents alongwith the copy of the counter claim be
provided to them, regarding which contact details have been noted
as well.
In fact, it is informed by defendant no. 2 / Pradeep
Kumar, that in a copy already received previously, pg. no. 65 to 70,
154, 175, 186 & 193 to 197 are not legible and the video / pendrive
as enlisted at point no. 43 has not been provided. The counter
claimant to make good such deficiency as well and ensure that
service alongwith supply of all documents is complete by NDOH.
Re-list both the matters on 01.08.2026.
