Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of defendant no. 1, 3, 4
and 5. Same be taken on record. It is further submitted that vakalatnama
on behalf of defendant no. 2 has already been filed.
Cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed on the defendants on the last
date of hearing has not been paid yet.
In view of the submissions made by counsel for the
defendants, the cost is reduced to Rs. 5,000/-. It is submitted that the
said cost will be paid during the course of the day.

39 rule 1 and 2 CPC is allowed. The defendants are restrained from
entering upon the suit properties i.e. BD 9, Pitampura, Delhi

ad-measuring 253 sq. Meters and four storey building bearing no. 2046,
land measuring area 158.5 sq. yards out of the total land measuring 317
sq. yards situated at Colony/ Abadi known as old Anaaz Mandi, Narela,
Delhi-110040 and from creating any obstruction in the peaceful
enjoyment of the said properties by the plaintiffs.
Replication, if any, be filed by the plaintiff to the Written
Statement of defendant no. 1 to 5 by the next date of hearing with
advance copy to the opposite side.
Be put up for completion of pleadings, admission/denial of
documents and framing of issues on 20.08.2025.
