As per report of Ahlmad, notice to be served by way
of e-mail on 09.07.2026.
As per report, notice through ordinary process has
not yet received back as the address of non applicant is out of
Delhi.
Speed post containing notice has received back
unserved.
In the interest of justice, applicant is directed to file
fresh PF alongwith affidavit mentioning the fresh, verified,
correct and last known address of non-applicant alongwith PF
RC for service to non-applicant on NDOH.
Issue fresh summons for settlement of issues for
service upon the non-applicant by ordinary process as well as
through post/speed post/registered courier, on filing of PF within
07 working days, returnable on 22.10.2026.
Summons be also served through e-mail on filing of
affidavit of applicant qua the e-mail of non-applicant and soft
copy of the suit as well as documents be sent by applicant at the
email ID of the court alongwith PF, returnable for NDOH.
Applicant is directed to collect dasti copy of
additional summons to be served to non-applicant by hand and to
file the report of service on affidavit on NDOH.

Process Server is directed to give report of three
mandatory visits and in case of non-availability/refusal summon
be served by way of affixation.
Further, applicant to submit the internet generated
tracking report of proof of delivery of summons sent through
post alongwith the certificate of Section 63 of the BSA and
supporting affidavit on the next date of hearing.
