To have a fair picture with regards the existing circle rates in relation to the suit property as on date of filing of the present suit, it shall be in fitness of things to make summary enquiry. For the reasons as above, let Court notice be issued to the office of the SDM concerned having jurisdiction over the suit property bearing no. G-197, 4th Floor, Shakurpur, JJ Colony, Delhi- 110034, admeasuring 22.50 sq. yds. returnable for NDOH to apprise the Court as to whether circle rates prevailing in the said area, as reflected by annexure 1, appended with the plaint are the ones to be taken into consideration or not. Copy of notification dated 22.09.2014 and annexure 1 be attached with the notice to be sent. Telephone no. of Ld. Counsel Sh. Abhishek being 9899559724 is being noted down so as to secure any clarifications, as may be required by the SDM office in this regard.
