With the mutual consent of the parties, it has been
decided that the plaintiff will call the concerned person/official
from the lift agency on 08.09.2024 at 2 p.m. who will check the
lift with regard to its safety and operation and issue requisite
safety certificate in the presence of both the parties where the
defendant no.1/his representative will be present with the keys of
the lift and the license of the lift.
Let a copy of the license of the lift be also given to the
plaintiff.
Put up for compliance/maintainability on 24.09.2024.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the plaintiff.
