preferably in 3 days. In case the respondent refuse to accept the
service or is not found available despite three mandatory visits,
process server shall affix the summons at a conspicuous place of
the respondent and leave the copy of the petition and annexure as
per procedure and will file his report alongwith affidavit of
service. Copy of the order-sheet be annexed alongwith the
process. Respondent shall file its leave to defend application
within time stipulated by law.
