An application U/s 151 CPC has been filed by
defendant no. 4. Taken on record. Copy already supplied. Reply
to the same filed as well against supply of copy.
Further, an application for appointment of LC has
also been filed by the plaintiffs. Taken on record. Copy be
supplied. Let reply to the same be filed with an advance copy to
the opposing side at least a week prior to NDOH.
Court queries have been raised with regards the
difference in number of members of the defendant no. 1 RWA
qua whom payment of maintenance of Rs. 1,000/- is pending. Ld.
Counsel for the defendants states such number to be 03 only, i.e.
plaintiff’s number 2, 3 and 4. On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for
the plaintiffs apprises the said number to be running into as many
as 700. No documents have been filed to corroborate such a
claim. Further, Ld. Counsel for the defendants has also pointed
out that Rs. 1,000/- has been paid by members since the
imposition previously, whereas only in 2025, a fictitious dispute
was raised. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs denies the same. Ld.
Counsel is enquired about the first complaint having been made
qua the maintenance amount to the Registrar / defendant no.
5. To that end also, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs seeks time as

documents in that regard are unable to be located.
In view of the above, proceedings adjourned.
Both the counsels to sit together and try to thrash out
a common understanding, if possible.
In the alternative, subject to clarifications as above,
put up for further proceedings on 18.03.2026.
