Present: Plaintiff in person alongwith Ld. Counsel Ms. Rema
Luthra.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 through VC.
On perusal of the case file, it is observed that the
matter is at the stage of consideration of application under O 15A
CPC. Qua the same, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff states that only
one month’s rent arrears are due liable to be paid and apart from
that, use and occupation charges for illegal possession are
otherwise due.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 states that a
short accommodation may be given as he is unable to appear in
person today, having to attend a matter in Saket Courts.
Despite repeated calls, none is present for defendant
no. 2.
Further, it is also noted that vide last order,
directions were given to file evidence affidavit as well alongwith
list of witnesses. Time is sought in that regard.
Given the above, one final opportunity is granted to
the defendants to conclude submissions on the aspect of the
application under O 15A CPC failing which orders shall be
passed without further ado.
Re-list on 27.07.2026.
