The Patwari has placed on record stamped copy of the
revenue record at page no. 100 and 101.
An application under Order 7 rule 14 CPC was filed by the
plaintiff in between the dates of hearings. Reply to the same has been
filed today by the defendant. Copy supplied.
In the interest of justice and for proper adjudication of the
present application under Order 7 rule 14 CPC is allowed and the
additional documents are taken on record.
An application for condonation of delay in filing of WS
filed on behalf of the defendant is pending adjudication. Perusal of
record reveals that the defence of the defendant was struck off on
05.08.2024 and therefore the counsel for the defendant now seeks some
time to move appropriate application for setting aside the aforesaid
order.

and 2 CPC heard.
Be put up for further arguments on 14.01.2025.
