None is present on behalf of plaintiff despite
repeated calls. This is the third consecutive non appearance on
behalf of plaintiff. Further, cost of Rs. 500/- imposed on the
plaintiff vide order dated 16.02.2026 has not been deposited yet
and neither have steps being taken by the plaintiff in compliance
of order dated 27.10.2025 till date. It seems that the plaintiff is
not willing to pursue the present matter.
Considering the above, present suit is dismissed for
non appearance and for non prosecution.

said so, Interests of litigants are Not. Just to safeguard them, no
adverse orders are being passed today.
