this Court.
I have considered the submissions and gone through the
record. Since the JD is residing within the local limits of Court having
jurisdiction of South-West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi and he does not
have any property within the local limits of this Court, therefore,
certificate regarding non-satisfaction of decree be issued and it be
transferred to the Court of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge,
South-West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi.
