Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: 24 CS SCJ 864/24 Azad Singh Vs. Asha Bhatt 09.09.2025 Present : Plaintiff in person. Sh. Mukesh, Ld. counsel for the defendant. Matter is listed for reply/arguments on the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC. Cost of Rs. 1,000/- imposed on the defendant has been paid to the plaintiff. In the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, it has been contended by the defendant that the plaintiff has not placed on record any document to show that he is the owner of the roof of the suit property. Plaintiff seeks some time to place on record the title documents of the property by way of moving an appropriate application. At this stage, both the parties are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through the platform of mediation. Accordingly, matter is referred to the Mediation Cell, Rohini courts for exploring the chances of settlement. Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Cell on 06.10.2025 at 2:00 PM alongwith their respective counsels. The date and time is given as per the convenience of parties.
