paid yet.
An application for waiver of cost of Rs. 1,000/- as
mentioned above has been filed on behalf of defendant.
The Court finds no reason to waive off the said cost.
Application is thus dismissed. It is further clarified that the Written
Statement will not be taken on record unless the said cost is paid by the
defendant.
An application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been filed
on behalf of defendant. Copy supplied.
Be put up for reply/arguments on the aforesaid application
on 09.09.2025.
