    05.02.2026
    Present: Plaintiff in person.
Ms. Smriti Maheshwari, Ld. LAC for the plaintiff
    through VC.
In terms of previous order, an application under O 6
R 17 CPC has been moved incorporating the relief of mandatory
injunction and pleadings with regards termination of license of
the defendant. Additional court fee is also stated to have been
paid. During the course of arguments however, the Ld. LAC
states that the plaintiff is claiming to be the owner of the suit
property based upon customary notarized documents executed by
her father in her favour, which
prima facie appear to be proper as
to the claims of ownership. Ld. LAC states that the plaintiff has
documents in favour of her father as well. Time is sought for
placing the same before the Court. Heard. Allowed.
    Re-list on 16.03.2026.

    URMILA DEVI VS. SULEKH CHAND
    25.07.2025
Fresh suit received by way of assignment. It be checked &
    registered as per rules.
Present: Ms. Anamika Bag, Ld. LAC for the plaintiff.
    Heard. Record perused.
One of the reliefs sought vide the present suit is with
regards getting the defendants to vacate the suit property. If that
be so, a mandatory injunction relief is required to be prayed for
instead of permanent injunction since the defendants are treated
as licensees. Further, Court fee has only been paid on one relief
qua injunction and not the other, valuation having not been made
also in that regard. Finally, no clear pleadings are there as to
    termination of license itself.
    Clarifications required. Time sought. Heard.
    Allowed.
    Re-list on 18.08.2025.
