The official from SDM Office, Model Town, has produced
the LR report from the Model Town address wherein the second wife of
the deceased resides with her children.
RW-8/Vinod Kumar examined and discharged.
LR report has not been filed for the Samaypur Badli
address wherein the first wife of the deceased alongwith the other
children resides.
The official appearing on behalf of SDM Office, Alipur,
submits that the complete address was not provided to him to file the
LR report qua the first wife of the deceased. The same has been
provided to him today and he is directed to produce the LR report on
the next date of hearing and is bound down for next date of hearing.
Be put up for further proceedings on 22.09.2025.
