The present petition pertains to under Section 27 of
DRC Act for deposit of rent for the period January, 2026 to July,
2026 @ Rs. 1,113/- per month + GST @ 18% in respect of suit
property i.e. shop no. A-7, plot no.18, Wazirpur Community
Center, Residential Scheme, Ashok Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110052.
It is also averred that the rent for the said period was sent to the
respondent through money orders which returned back with
refusal report. The petitioner has filed copy of money order and
postal receipt.
Heard. Record perused.
Notice was served upon the respondent.
The present DR petition is allowed without prejudice

to the rights & contentions of the parties. Respondents are at
liberty to withdraw the rent deposited by the petitioner in
accordance with law.
File be consigned to record room, after due
compliance.
