An application under O 6 R 17 CPC has been filed on
16.09.2025. Taken on record. Copy be supplied. Vide the proposed
relief, sought to be added qua damages for Rs. 3 Lakhs, it appears that
the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court stands ousted due to the
combined value of the other reliefs already sought. Clarifications
required. Time sought. Heard. Allowed.
It is further stated by the plaintiff that the defendants
surreptitiously got increased the sanctioned load for the electricity
connection of the tenanted premises, whose security charges are being
added in the regular bill now, with the minimum prescribed charges
having also increased accordingly. He states nevertheless that regular
monthly bill may be paid by him going forward but the security charges
added additionally subsequent to increase in sanctioned load is liable to
be paid by the defendants, being the landlord / owners. Ld. Counsel for
the defendants states that he has to get the same verified and shall
obtain instructions in this regard. Time sought. Heard. Allowed.
