Summons issued to the defendants no.1 and 2 received back
unserved with the report that no such person resides at the address.
Summons issued to the defendant no.3 received back with the report of
refusal. As summons was refused by wife of defendant no.3 on 01.11.2025,
summon is deemed to have been served on defendant no.3 on 01.11.2025.
Plaintiff is directed to file fresh and correct address of the
defendants no.1 and 2 and their respective email IDs on affidavit along
with PF/RC for service to the defendants no. 1 and 2 for the next date of
hearing.
Process Server is directed to give report of three mandatory
visits and in case of non-availability/refusal summon be served by way of
affixation.
Further, Plaintiff to submit the internet generated tracking
report of proof of delivery of summons sent through post alongwith the
certificate of Section 63 of the BSA on the next date of hearing.
Written statement be filed by the defendant no.3 within
statutory period with advance copy of the same to the opposite side.
Be put up on 14.01.2026.
