The present petition has been filed within 30 days from the
date of order in Succession Case No. 7/21, dated 01.04.2024
An application seeking reduction of surety amount has
been filed by the petitioner/applicant.
In view of the submissions made in the application, surety
amount is reduced to Rs. 10,00,000/-. Application is accordingly,
disposed off.
Indemnity bond in terms of the above said order has been
furnished by the petitioner alongwith surety bond. Same is considered
and duly accepted.
Succession certificate be issued in favor of petitioner as
per rules.
Application disposed off accordingly.
File be sent to Record Room after due compliance.
