substitute service upon defendant no. 1 through publication is pending
for disposal.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Plaintiff has submitted that newspapers mentioned in the
application i.e. Rastriya Sahara or Veer Arjun are not circulated in the
locality where defendant no. 1 is residing. She requests for substitute
service upon defendant no. 1 through publication in Dainik Bhaskar &
Sakal (Marathi Newspaper).
In view of averments made in the application, the
present application is disposed off as allowed.
Let summons be issued by way of publication in
newspapers “Dainik Bhaskar and Sakal (Marathi Newspaper)” having
circulation in locality of defendant no. 1 on filing of PF and deposit of
charges. Steps be taken within 15 working days from today. The
publication charges be deposited as per rules.
Publication be effected at least one month before the
next date of hearing.
Put up for report regarding service upon the defendant
on 24.09.2025.
