Present : Sh. Ramkishan, Ld. counsel for DH.
JD in person.
JD has flatly refused to vacate the suit property and is misbehaving in the
Court by saying “mujhe mar do, mera gala kaat do.”
Issue warrants of possession of suit property as well as warrants of
attachment of the movable property against the JD on filing of PF and fresh affidavit of
the DH that there is no stay on the present execution petition.
DH to appear for appointment of bailiff before this court on 21.09.2026 and
report be filed on 16.10.2026.
Considering the conduct of JD, I deem it appropriate to provide police aid
for the execution of warrants.
SHO PS concerned is directed to provide necessary police aid including
female staff for getting the warrants of arrest executed upon the JD.
A copy of this order be sent to the SHO concerned for necessary
information and compliance.
