It is submitted by the ld. Counsel for DH that DH has received the
possession of suit property in damaged condition. Signature of ld. Counsel for DH has
taken on last order sheet as acknowledgment of his submissions.
It is further submitted by the ld. Counsel for DH that DH has not yet
received the decreetal amount or any part of it. It is further submitted that JD does not
reside at the address given in Court.
JD is directed to file affidavit mentioning all his addresses and the details
of his assets and properties today itself during course of the day.
Issue fresh warrants of attachment against the movable property of the JD
as per the list to the extent of the decretal amount on filing of PF within 3 working days.
Be put up for appointment of bailiff before Ld. ACJ on 24.01.2026 and for report before
this Court on 27.02.2026.
DH shall file an affidavit alongwith PF on record that there is no stay as
on date. Needless to state that bailiff has to inquire about any stay prior to carrying the
execution.
