Present : Sh. A.K. Jha, Ld. counsel for the applicant/petitioner.
This is an application u/s 151 r/w Section 152 CPC has
been filed on behalf of petitioner for correction/rectification in the
succession certificate dt. 11.03.2025.
It is submitted by counsel for the applicant that in the
succession certificate dt. 11.03.2025, both the folio numbers mentioned
in the judgment are not mentioned in the succession certificate dated
11.03.2025.
In view of the above, let Succession Certificate be
corrected to the extent that Folio no. 032256350 and Folio no.
032256376 both be mentioned qua 1216 shares of Reliance Industries
Ltd. and 608 shares of Jio Financial Services Ltd. in the joint name of
S.D. Batra and Sheela Rani Batra.
Let fresh succession certificate be issued accordingly as
per rules.
Application is accordingly disposed off as allowed.
File be again consigned to record room.
