Present : Sh. AK Jha, Ld. counsel for the petitioner.
This an application for issuance of Succession certificate
moved on behalf of petitioner.
The present petition has been filed beyond the period of 30
days from the date of order in Succession Case No. 172/19 dated
16.02.2026. Applicant orally prayed that the delay in filing of the
present application be condoned.
Heard. considered. Delay is condoned.
Indemnity bond in terms of the above said order has been
furnished by the petitioner alongwith surety bond of equal amount.
Same is considered and duly accepted.
Succession certificate be issued in favor of petitioner as
per rules.
