This an application for issuance of Succession certificate

07.02.2026. Applicant orally prayed that the delay in filing of the
present application be condoned.

Indemnity bond in terms of the above said order has been
furnished by the petitioner alongwith surety bond of equal amount.
Same is considered and duly accepted.

per rules.
