& 2.
Present: Plaintiff no. 1 in person with Ld. Counsel Sh. Moksh
Mittal.
The plaintiff no. 2 submits that he had taken the
ground floor on rent from plaintiff no. 1 and he intends to move
in into the said property to start his office. It is submitted that he
is not able to do so because of parked vehicle of the defendants
which is creating obstruction in the same. Plaintiff no. 1 has also
submitted that being the land lord he has requested the
defendants to move their parked vehicle temporarily but they
have not done the same.
Although, the NDOH is 29.04.2023 but in view of
the application of plaintiff let a court notice be issued to both the
defendants to appear in person on 24.02.2023.
The defendants are further directed to remove their
parked vehicle no. DL4C AY1471 until 24.02.2023. It is also
directed that none of the parties shall park any kind of vehicle in
the said space and create any kind of obstruction until
24.02.2023.
Any violation of this order by any of the parties
shall be viewed seriously.
Copy of the process and order be given dasti, as
prayed for.
