The perusal of record shows that ld. Counsel for defendant had
appeared on 14.10.2025. More than, 3 months have already passed from the
date of last hearing, however no written statement has been filed on behalf
of the defendant.
It is submitted by the counsel for the defendant that defendant
has not yet received copy of plaint and annexed documents with the plaint.
Email of ld. Counsel for the defendant has been mentioned on
chat box. Plaintiff is directed to supply copy of plaint and documents with
the same to the defendant today itself.
Written statement shall be filed by the defendant strictly
within 30 days from today with advance copy of the same to the opposite
side at least 15 days before next date of hearing against proper
acknowledgment. Plaintiff shall file replication, if any on the next date of
hearing.
Be put up for filing replication, if any and framing of issues on
14.05.2026.
