An application has been filed on behalf of defendant
no.1 seeking directions to the plaintiff to supply legible copies of
documents to the defendant no. 1.
Defendant no. 1 was served on 29.05.2026.
Thereafter, defendant no. 1 appeared through VC on 01.06.2026.
However, an application for supply of legible copies has only
been filed today after elapse of more than 02 months of service.
Therefore, the said application seems to be a mere tactic for
delay the trial of the present matter.
In view of the aforesaid observations, the afore-
mentioned application filed on behalf of defendant no. 1 is
dismissed. Further, right of defendant no. 1 to file WS stands
closed.
Defendant no. 2 was served on 02.03.2026.
Thereafter, status report dated 27.05.2026 was filed on behalf of
defendant no. 2/MCD on 01.07.2026 and they were directed to
file WS by the next date of hearing. However, no WS has been
filed till date. Accordingly, right of defendant no. 2/MCD to file
WS stands closed.
