Present : Sh. AK Jha, Ld. counsel for the petitioner.
An application under Section 151 CPC for correction in
judgment dated 09.02.2026 filed on behalf of applicant/petitioner.
It is submitted by counsel for the applicant that in the
judgment dt. 09.02.2026, inadvertently, in the para no. 14, it is wrongly
mentioned name of the debts and securities as saving account instead of
“SBI Securities Limited”. It is therefore prayed that the said
rectification be made.
Heard.
Considering the submissions made, the application stands
allowed. It is rectified/clarified that the in the para no. 14, name of the
debts and securities be read as “SBI Securities Limited” instead of
saving account.
The present petition has been filed within 30 days from the
date of order in Succession Case No. 34/25 dated 09.02.2026 .
Heard. Perused.
Indemnity bond in terms of the above said order have been
furnished by petitioner alongwith surety bond of equal amount. Same is
considered and duly accepted.
Succession certificate be issued in favor of petitioner as
per rules.
Application disposed off accordingly.
File be sent to Record Room after due compliance.
