It is stated that the suit was filed through Mr. Sunil Paintola who
was the earlier Branch Manager,however he has been transferred and Mr. Ved
Prakash has been appointed as new Branch Manager . It is stated that by virtue
of present notification dated 02.05.1987, the Branch Manager is authorised to
represent the bank, hence substitution is sought.
The defendant is already ex parte. Considering the notification
and the contents of the application, Mr. Ved Prakash is substituted as AR of the
plaintiff.
Further, evidence by way of affidavit has been filed on behalf of
PW 1 Mr. Ved Prakash. Be taken on record.
