An application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has
been filed on behalf of defendant. Copy supplied.
Submissions heard.
Perusal of the present application shows that it has
been filed on the ground that the present suit is not maintainable
in view of judgment titled as “Avneet Kaur Vs. Sandhu Singh &
Ors.” passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. However,
perusal of order dated 25.10.2023 shows that the said aspect has
already been considered and rejected. It appears that by way of
present application, the defendant is trying to seek review of
order dated 25.10.2023. In view thereof, the present application
stands dismissed.
PW-1 Ms. Prachi is examined and cross examination
is deferred as main counsel for the defendants is not available
today.
