Matter is at the stage of completion of pleadings/filing of
replication.
Today, replication has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
Same be taken on record. Copy supplied to the opposite party.
Pleadings of the parties are complete. From the pleadings of
the parties following issues arises:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree
of possession in her favour and against the
defendant with respect to the property bearing
No. 442, Ground Floor, Village Pooth Kalan,
Delhi-110086 , as prayed for? (OPP)
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of
recovery of rent ie. Rs.46,200/- for the month
of June 2022 to November, 2022 in favour of
plaintiff and against the defendant, as prayed
for? (OPP)
3.Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of
rent and mesne profit @ Rs.15,000/- per month
from 18.11.2022 till the handing over of the
vacant possession of the said premises
alongwith 18% interest on the amount of rent
and mesne profit, as prayed for? (OPP)

4.Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of
permanent injunction in her favour and against
the defendant, as prayed for? (OPP)
5. Whether the suit of the plaintiff has been
filed to extort money and there is no landlord
tenant relationship and the suit has been filed
on the false and vexatious ground and the same
is barred by law and same is liable to be
dismissed ? (OPD)
6. Whether the plaintiff does not have locus-
standi to file the present suit? (OPD)
7. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for.
Put up for PE on 10.09.2025. Advance copy of the affidavit
be supplied to the opposite party 7 days prior to the next date of hearing.
