Present : Sh. Naveen Kumar, Ld. counsel for the petitioner.
A perusal of the petition shows that it has been stated that
the daughter of the deceased namely Deepika entered into a love
marriage and thereafter the petitioners are not in contact with her. Her
name has also been mentioned in the surviving member certificate
placed on record by the petitioner.
Be that as it may, the daughter of the deceased remains an
LR of the deceased who is entitled to her share in the assets of the
deceased.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to move an
appropriate application for impleading the said LR as party in the
present matter.
Be put up for further proceedings on 02.07.2025.
