He seeks time to file the replication to the same. Let the same be
filed on or before NDOH.
Today, matter is at the stage of arguments on application U/o 1
Rule 10 CPC moved by proposed defendant Devki Nandan.
Ld. Counsel for proposed defendant Devki Nandan submits that
legible copy of the reply to the application U/o 1 Rule 10 CPC has not been
received by him from the Plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff seeks some time to supply the copy of
the same. Let the same be supplied within two weeks from today.
