Be that as it may, it is seen that demolition order U/s
343 DMC Act dated 03.10.2025 already stands issued by MCD.
If that be so, how and under what circumstances has the
defendant no. 1 taken the defence it has in the WS filed is liable
to be explained. Moreover, the MCD is also required to apprise
the Court as to why action has still not been taken in pursuance
of such demolition order till date.
Accordingly, all the Ld. Counsels to be physically
present in Court on NDOH for arguments.
