An application already filed on behalf of respondent No. 2
seeking directions for disclosure/furnishing of account details of the
petitioner. Same be taken on record.
Sh. Krishan Kumar has filed statement of account of deceased
Ajit Kumar Marodia showing debit of funds of Rs. 51,64,599.67/- and
statement of account of petitioner Manish Kumar Marodia showing credit
of same funds in his account. Same are taken on record.
At this stage, petitioner submits that he may be permitted to
withdraw the present petition as he has already received the due funds from
respondent No. 2/State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk Branch, Delhi in
respect of my father Sh. Ajit Kumar Marodia.
Separate statement of petitioner is recorded to this effect.
In view of the statement of petitioner, present petition stands
disposed of as satisfied.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
