Counsel for plaintiff submits that she needs some time to move an application for amendment of the plaint after obtaining necessary documents from MCD office and Madarasa. Time granted till NDOH. On the LDOH, defendants were restrained from creating third party interest in the suit property till further orders of this court. It is clarified that suit property is D-83, Block A, Gali No.5, Prem Nagar, near Nangloi, near Railway Station, Delhi-110086 and also ancestral property bearing Kharsa no. 898, Village Sabha Pachlenda, Post Khanu Chepra, Tehsil Padrona, District Kashi Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 274306. Today, an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC has been filed on behalf of proposed defendants. Same be taken on record. Copy supplied to the Ld. Counsel for plaintiff as well as Ld. Counsel for defendants. Ld.
