complete set of present petition. Let the copy of the same be
supplied to them.
On query, JD no. 1, 2 and 3 submit that they do not
have means to engage private counsel.
JD no. 1, 2 and 3 are apprised about the legal aid
services and are directed to approach DLSA Office, North West,
Rohini, Delhi i.e. Room No. 405, 4th Floor.
Notice issued to JD no. 4 received back unserved
with the report that no such person lives at the given address and
the notice could not be issued upon him through WhatsApp.
Notice issued to JD no. 4 at the second address
received back with similar report.
Notice issued to JD no. 5 was duly served upon him
through his daughter.
Notice issued to JD no. 5 at the second address
received back unserved with left report.
Record further reveals that the present petition seeks
execution of ex-parte arbitral award dated 18.02.2021 passed by
Ld. Arbitrator Ms. Rashmi Jain in favour of DH finance company
and against the JD for a sum of Rs.2,56,181/- alongwith interest

Clarifications are required as to whether ex-parte

was unilaterally appointed by the DH company or not.
