At request, issue fresh summons to defendant no. 3
on filing of PF/RC, returnable for NDOH.
Issue summons for settlement of issues to the
defendant no. 3 via Email / Whatsapp within 7 working days
returnable for NDOH.
In case of service by whatsapp, the screenshot of the
delivery of summons be sent on the official email ID of this court
i.e. Reader.civiljudgenorthwest@gmail.com along with affidavit
of the fact that the mobile number belongs to the defendant
alongwith a prima facie proof that the mobile number belongs to
the defendant. Certificate u/s 65B of the Evidence Act be also
sent alongwith.
In case of service through email, certificate u/s 65B
of the Evidence Act and print out of the dispatched email be also
sent on the above said official email ID.
Process be also given dasti and be sent through
electronic mode as prayed for.
Defendant no. 1 submits that the main counsel is not
present today and has requested for an adjournment.
