Matter is at the stage of framing of issues/admission-denial
of documents.
Pleadings of the parties are complete. From the pleadings of
the parties following issues are arises:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree
of permanent injunction in his favour and
thereby restraining the defendant no.1 and his
associates from creating third party interest in
the suit property, as prayed for? (OPP)
2.Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of
mandatory injunction, as prayed for?(OPP)
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the cost of
the suit, as prayed for?(OPP)
4. Whether the suit is not maintainable and the
same is liable to be dismissed? (OPD)
5. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for.

Rule 10 & 11 CPC on 15.05.2025. Advance copy of the affidavit be
