Today, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has filed an application for amendment of
plaint under order 6 rule 17 r/w section 151 in compliance of the order dt. 25.07.2025.
Same be taken on record. Copy supplied.
Heard. Record perused.
The amendment sought by the plaintiff is pursuant to the directions given
by this court v.o.d. 25.07.2025. The amendment is necessary to adjudicate the main
dispute between the parties and to ascertain the actual relief claimed by the plaintiff.
In view of the above discussion, the present application under order 6 rule
17 CPC is allowed, being formal in nature. Plaintiff is directed to file amended plaint
and deficit court fees within fifteen days from today and supply copy of the same to the
opposite party within next seven days. Thereafter, defendants are directed to file
amended WS on the NDOH.
List the matter for completion of pleadings on 16.01.2026.
