Counsel for plaintiff has shown the electricity bill as per which the suit property falls in Khasra No. 48/4 and has submitted that property does not fall in Khasra No. 47/2 as alleged by defendant. Ld. Counsel for defendant has referred to with documents at page no. 14 and 15 showing GPS location of suit property. The said document does not help the Court in determining the Khasra No. of suit property as alleged by defendant. At the request of Ld. Counsel for defendant, matter is adjourned for arguments on application u/o 39 rule 1 and 2 CPC on 24.10.2026. Parties shall maintain status quo till NDOH. Ld.
