Charge for the aforementioned offence has accordingly been framed against the accused today itself which was read over and explained to the accused. The accused has pleaded not guilty and has claimed trial. Court notice issued to complainant received back as sent by way of WhatsApp. Despite that, complainant Sh. Anmol Saxena has not appeared. Let fresh summons be issued to complainant Sh. Anmol Saxena through DCP concerned for NDOH. Be put up for PE on 28.05.2026.
