I have gone through the report. From the perusal of report, it
appears that no offence has been committed against deceased Bhabhi. It is
submitted by complainant she is satisfied with the efforts made by the IO.
Separate statement of complainant recorded to this effect.
In view of the statement given by complainant and after going
through the records, it appears that IO has done all possible efforts and that
no offence has been committed against the deceased Bhabhi. So, the
cancellation report is accepted.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
